What we do:

Our service includes setting up new doctors with insurance companies, timely submission of claims, claims corrections, sending appeals/reconsiderations, sending patient statements and posting payments.

FAQ

• Our fee is a flat percentage of collected payments, industry standard

• We use our own billing software, if it's not provided, at no additional cost

• Although we are knowledgeable of the proper use of CPT codes/modifiers, we do not code. The doctor provides the codes and we handle all aspects of payment collection from both insurance and patients.
